Eat lots of vegetables aim for 9 servings a day.
Have protein with every meal keeps you feeling full
Eat fruit according to how active you have been
Eat oily fish at least 3 times a week (or use fish oils)
Avoid processed food
Eat quality fats and don’t be scared of them
