Changing your nutrition can change your life.
You are what you eat.Nutrition means something different to each individual.
There is no one size fits all approach however there are principles that I follow and teach to my clients.

Eat lots of vegetables aim for 9 servings a day.
Have protein with every meal keeps you feeling full
Eat fruit according to how active you have been
Eat oily fish at least 3 times a week (or use fish oils)
Avoid processed food
Eat quality fats and don’t be scared of them
Use high quality pharmaceutical grade supplements

That’s all pretty straight forward, however often we struggle to follow that advice.
We often need help setting up good habits around nutrition, this is where a coach or nutritionist can often come into their own helping you see the wood for the trees.

Confusion reigns in the market place, eggs are good one week and killers the next, who do you believe and trust? I like to have an open mind and have tried lots of different approaches myself and with my clients and can help you avoid some of the pitfalls.

A big portion of the population want to and need to lose fat and get in better shape. Being leaner improves your outcomes for reducing the chance of degenerative diseases.

Nutrition can

Improve your energy levels
