Getting your book to the top of Amazon

I listened to a recording of an excellent call of how Michael Port got his book, Book Yourself Solid to the top of Amazon.

This was an example of an entrepreneur stepping up and taking a way of doing things to another level. Expect to see it repeated often over the next year or so.
