Sunday morning low carb fat loss breakfast

This was a yummy breakfast I knocked up for Lorna and I. Spinach with a big lightly steam/fried mushroom on top. Fantastically flavoursome tomato from waitrose with basil leaves shavings of Parmesan and a drizzle of home made raspberry vinegar with some creamy scrambled eggs.
